Manager - Human Resources

Our client, a prominent player in the FMCG sector, is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Manager - Human Resources to lead their HR function in Ahmedabad. The role involves driving people strategy, managing end-to-end HR operations, and fostering a high-performance culture across the regional office and distribution networks.

This is a pivotal role for an HR professional who understands the fast-paced nature of the FMCG industry and is skilled in managing diverse workforce requirements.

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for regional sales, operations, and support functions.
2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with corporate goals.
3. Lead employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and morale in a competitive market.
4. Oversee payroll coordination, attendance management, and statutory compliances.
5. Conduct performance management cycles and identify training needs for the regional team.
6. Handle employee relations and grievance redressal effectively.
7. Partner with department heads to drive workforce planning and productivity.

1. 3-5 years of proven experience in Human Resources, preferably within the FMCG or Consumer Goods industry.
2. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institution.
3. Deep understanding of FMCG sales and distribution workforce dynamics.
4. Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and compliance requirements.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Proactive approach with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
7. Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office Suite.
