Senior Accountant - Finance & Accounts

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant - Finance & Accounts to manage end-to-end tax compliance, routine payments, foreign remittances, and financial reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of post-Articleship experience and hands-on exposure to ERP systems and audit support.

1. Tax Compliance & Payments: Prepare and process GST, TDS, Advance Tax, PF, and Customs Duty returns and payments accurately within prescribed timelines.
2. Banking & Remittances: Handle regular supplier invoice payments and process inward and outward foreign remittances, maintaining and monitoring IDPMS/EDPMS records.
3. Reconciliations & Provisioning: Perform monthly provisioning for supplier expenses and sales commissions, periodic GL/balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany/intergroup balance confirmations.
4. Audits & MIS Reporting: Support Statutory, Tax, and IFC audits with schedules and supporting documents. Prepare MIS and financial reports with variance analysis for upper management.
5. ERP & Systems: Maintain standard costs in the ERP system. Support ERP transition and implementation activities, including data validation, testing, and process migration.
6. Regulatory Compliance: Respond to documentation requests and queries from banks and regulatory bodies. Ensure overall accounting records and balances remain up-to-date and complete.

1. Education: CA / CA Inter
2. Experience: 2+ years of post-CA Articleship experience
3. Industry: Trading or Service industry experience preferred (not a dealbreaker)
4. Location: Delhi (Preferred)
