Senior Full Stack Developer (React + Node.js)

Our client is a high-growth fintech unicorn headquartered in Bangalore, serving over 10 million users across India with digital lending, payments, and wealth management products. They are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their core product engineering team.

This is a high-impact role where you will own features end-to-end — from architecture decisions to production deployment — working alongside a talented team of engineers, product managers, and designers.

About the Role

You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance, scalable web applications that handle millions of transactions daily. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership seriously, and has a genuine passion for building products that matter.

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features across web applications
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmap
• Monitor application performance and optimise as needed

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Solid backend experience with Node.js and Express
• Experience with microservices architecture and REST/GraphQL APIs
• Proficiency with databases — PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis
• Familiarity with AWS/GCP cloud services
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of system design principles
