About This Role
Our client is one of India's fastest-growing healthtech platforms, connecting 5 million patients with 50,000+ doctors and diagnostic centres. Their engineering team is scaling rapidly to support 10x growth, and they need a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer who can build and own the systems that keep their platform fast, reliable, and secure.
About the Role
You will be a key member of the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the AWS infrastructure that powers all of the company's products. You will work at the intersection of development and operations — automating everything, championing reliability, and building the observability systems that give the engineering team confidence to ship fast.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage scalable, highly available AWS infrastructure
- Build and maintain Kubernetes clusters across multiple environments
- Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines for 20+ microservices
- Build observability and alerting systems to ensure 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Conduct infrastructure cost optimisation reviews
- Respond to and lead post-mortem analysis for production incidents
- Champion security best practices across all infrastructure
Requirements
- 4-7 years of infrastructure/DevOps/SRE engineering experience
- Deep expertise in AWS — EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, CloudFront, IAM, VPC
- Strong Kubernetes skills — cluster management, Helm, service mesh
- Infrastructure as Code expertise — Terraform and/or CloudFormation
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines — GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD
- Proficiency in scripting — Python, Bash, or Go
- Experience with observability tools — Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack
